The main building features modern design with Quebec wood lamellas, expansive glass facades, and a Porsche-commissioned art sculpture at the entrance. There is a 2KM handling track inspired by legendary racetracks, such as Laguna Seca’s Corkscrew, Nürburgring’s Carousel, and Le Mans’ Porsche Curves. It also includes a Low-Friction Drift Circle, Low Friction Handling Circuit and Dynamics Pad, Carrera Café, lifestyle shop, meeting rooms, offices, simulator lab, geothermal heating/cooling, and photovoltaic roof panels.
